In the Search Details box, you can see the system used your terms, and did some matching to MeSH Terms. It doesn’t always match perfectly, as you can see from the cellular phone MeSH Term matching.

Limits

How would you find full text of an article? Click on title, & copy & paste into Google box Only choose Free Full Text titles Click on title, and you will see on the abstract page a red Find text button you can click on.

You can find Clinical Queries on the PubMed homepage, or on the Advanced Search page, towards the bottom.

You can also find better evidence by using the LIMITS Feature, and Limiting to Type of Article: Clinical trials ( includes randomized, etc.) Meta-analysis Evaluation Studies Multi-center Study Validation Studies

Question 3 Is PCP (Pneumocystis pneumonia) prophylaxis indicated for a patient with newly diagnosed polyarteritis nodosa who will require long term steroid treatment?

You can type the article title into the search box, and PubMed will often match it perfectly.

The Single Citation Matcher can be accessed on the PubMed homepage or on the Advanced Search page, at the bottom.

Citations display in order of most recent citation submitted to PubMed Citations display in order of most recent citation submitted to PubMed. You can choose to display by publication date, and also add abstracts to the display. You can also send citations to the Clipboard for temporary holding, or to Email, etc., by clicking on Send To.
