Introduction Chen’s farm is a leisure farm situated in the Hsin-Chu County. It focuses on Hakkas culture, restoration of rare insects, and ecological education. In the farm, you can see beautiful scene and Hakkas restaurant. Also, you can enjoy doing the homemade toys, DIY 擂茶, and lots of Hakkas snacks.

Problem In recent years, the number of people who go to the Chen’s farm has decreased gradually. So, we want to analyze the environment of the restaurant and find out the reasons that may cause few people to come here. The main target we analyze is about the environment of this farm.

Hypothesis H1. The feature of the Hakkas restaurant is able to attract you to visit there again. H2. The traditional Hakkas food is able to attract you to visit there again. H3.The improvement of the sanitation of the restaurant is able to attract you to visit there again. H4. The indoor comfort is able to attract you to visit there again. H5.
