Stats: Rolls-Royce employs 40,000 people worldwide in more than 50 countries. The Rolls-Royce North America Outdoor Test Facility in Stennis is an experimental development testbed for jet engines. The Stennis operation employees 48 people, 18 Rolls-Royce engineers, 22 Lockheed Martin jet engine testers and 4 UNICCO facilities people.
