ERGO EVALUATION FINDINGS: Describe the ergonomic observation and findings – describe how the task is being performed unsafely and/or improperly. Describe what is in the Red picture frame. SOLUTION: Describe ergonomic recommendations and solutions identified for issue. Describe what is in the Green picture frame. Examples may include: Employee being screened for preventive care needs Employee and team being coached on safer/proper ways to complete task.
