Our Learning List for this Week 2nd Grade Peek Week of: January 9th – 11th What’s Happening? Spelling Words Report Cards - January 9th *Please check Skyward for your child’s grades* There will be no spelling test this week!  In class the students will be reviewing expectations. Our Learning List for this Week Language Math Reading Science/S.S. Grammar: The students will write complete sentences using correct subject verb agreement. Writing: The students will write short poems. The students will collect and organize data into a graph (pictograph, bar graph, tally chart etc.) The students will make and confirm predictions in a text. Social Studies: The students will be learning about celebrations from around the world. Science: The students will learn about appropriate clothing, activities and transportation in each season. Conference Times: 10:15-11:00 Harris, Richardson, Fingleman, Vick, Trahan Beicker, Hernandez, Chaves, Garcia
