Hence, there is a need to cultivate the culture of research in the Division of San Pablo City.

Issues and Concerns • Activities/Strategies/Evaluation undertaken by the teachers were not congruent with the objectives • DLL are copied from DepEd Tambayan even names of School Heads from other Division • Follow-up of school heads/PSDSs/EPS’s on the results of post conferences/ agreements/ recommendations were not done all the time
