Findings to cater the needs of the pupils • Reading materials are sufficient enough to cater the needs of the pupils • All teachers were allowed to utilize school resources to augment their needs in teaching

NUMBER OF SCHOOLS IMPLEMENTING THE 2QAD Findings • All public elementary schools are implementing 2QAD NUMBER OF SCHOOLS IMPLEMENTING THE 2QAD District Implementing Not Implementing Ambray 10 Dapdapan Del Remedio 9 Fule Almeda Lakeside 5 San Francisco 11 Sto. Angel Total 65 Although schools are implementing the 2QAD, but they are not consistent in doing it. Furthermore, the questions that they prepared are of NAT style; not HOTS questions

NUMBER OF DepEd PERSONNEL WHO CONDUCTED RESEARCHES Findings • Few DepEd personnel conducted researches NUMBER OF DepEd PERSONNEL WHO CONDUCTED RESEARCHES District Number Total Number of Teachers and Sch. Head plus PSDS Percentage Ambray 13 145 8.97% Dapdapan 21 140 15.00% Del Remedio 11 179 6.15% Fule Almeda 14 137 10.22% Lakeside 26 169 15.38% San Francisco 29 204 14.22% Sto. Angel 22 15.17% TOTAL 136 1,119 12.15% As gleaned in the table, only 12.15% of the total number of DepEd personnel in public elementary schools conducted research. Hence, there is a need to cultivate the culture of research in the Division of San Pablo City.

Issues and Concerns • Activities/Strategies/Evaluation undertaken by the teachers were not congruent with the objectives • DLL are copied from DepEd Tambayan even names of School Heads from other Division • Follow-up of school heads/PSDSs/EPS’s on the results of post conferences/ agreements/ recommendations were not done all the time
