Iterate, learn and adapt. Scale the initiatives that work What worked to create energy for process Roles: Facilitators rather than “experts” Empathy Interviews really catalyzed Re-Creating the Goal by participants Participants celebrated this process Participants appreciated the focus Participants appreciated external leadership
