CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

CUSTOMER JOURNEY PAIR WRISTBAND Buy your ticket online and add credit to your RFID tag. Online or onsite registration. Data capture, activate RFID tag, top up credit and add extras. Arrive onsite to activate RFID tag by scanning ticket and tapping RFID tag. Quick and easy top up onsite or on mobile if it’s not been done before the event. After the event, attendees can use their RFID tag to obtain a refund.

FEATURES

MINGLE STATIONS Attendees can swap contact details by approaching a mingle station and tapping their tags. There is an option to add a note about their meeting. Interactions are being instantly sent to the attendees as well as being saved to the cloud. SHOW MINGLE STATION

EXHIBITOR APP Attendees can register interest in an exhibitor with one tap of their RFID tag. Exhibitors can send information in real time via email. Leads are being instantly saved to the cloud and are easily exported at any time.

REFUND Event organisers can choose to provide a refund system online or onsite. Onsite is quick and easy refund of full amount on RFID tag. Online refund requires customers to keep their RFID tag and enter the unique ID online.

PHOTO STATIONS (1) Standing photo booth A simple but effective way of encouraging your guests to engage on social media. Can also be linked to a printer to print photos with the event logo. (2) Roaming photo booth Give these to staff members to capture guests in action. Simply tag their RFID tag to allow them to view all their photos anytime at a kiosk. (3) Underwater photo booth This allows guests to pose for a photo below the water, then edit and upload the photo out the water at a self-serving waterproof kiosk.

MOBILE APP/MICRO SITE We have a bespoke, white label app ready to customise for your event. This can contain any information about the event including but not limited to: site map speaker information event programme links to social media guest top up allow guests to review all their transaction We are able to integrate this into an existing app or URL.

ADMIN PANEL Event organizers have access to this web page throughout the event, from here they can: add or remove products change the prices add or remove ticket types see live reports of stock edit the app/URL content add members of staff give permissions to VIPs or staff This is the life and soul of the event and we give organisers full access to this to be able to oversee every transaction happening at the event.
