Why are we studying this? This project will help us to understand - Korean Art- the traditions of the country we live in We will learn how to - create an image using typography - use watercolour / ink - create a printing tile

Create a typographic fingerprint Things to remember… Look carefully at the pattern on your thumb Sketch the basic pattern as rows of lines Experiment with different languages, styles of font and size of font

Create an ink / watercolour drawing of a Korean tiger Things to remember… Sketch out the basic shape first Apply the orange ink / paint Then apply the black strips and features Start simple, then try more details
