Welcome to Second Grade Open House Mrs. Keefe 2018-2019

A Little About Me -I am the proud mother of three children, ages 9, 7 and 3. -3rd year in Wrentham, but this will be my tenth year teaching second grade. I’m very passionate about my job! -I am a parent of school aged children so I know how you’re feeling each day when you send your child to school! -I spend my time outside of school bringing my own children around to all their activities, including weekends, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Math Facts Goal: Fluently add & subtract within 20 Timed tests - Not focusing so much on the timing, but making sure strategies are known and facts are fluent Practice, practice, practice! Reflex Math Online games Although we practice math facts in school, your child’s success is strongly dependent upon your support at home. Your child should be studying and reinforcing their math fact knowledge at home.

Conferences & Report Cards Report cards will go home three times during the school year ~ November, March, and June Conferences will be held twice during the school year ~ November/December and March Conference sign-ups sent home few weeks prior to meetings using Sign-Up Genius I am more than happy to meet with you at any time during the year should the need arise.
