Bringing our iMatter Action Plan to life – you asked, we did! 8 events delivered across Forth Valley 436 staff members attended Members of Executive Team introduced themselves and their roles Update, key plans and priorities for the year ahead from Chief Executive Time set aside for questions about what mattered most to attendees

Staff feedback Data will be analysed and shared with all staff by December2018.
