Online Calendar & Registration Gnosis produces either a single calendar for your website, or if desired, a separate calendar for members, volunteers and the general public Calendars are updated real-time as events are added or modified in the Gnosis Event Management Module

Attendance Kiosk Designed to process member sign-in efficiently and quickly Utilizes touchscreen and barcode scanner; members are given a barcoded membership card A simple wave of a membership card and as little as 2-3 finger taps to complete sign-in Members can sign-in multiple family members at once with one card swipe Kiosk also supports volunteer sign-in and hours recording

Person & Organization Records Detailed individual record information Enter and track specific roles in each organization Detailed Member and Volunteer Info Links people to households, relationships and organization roles. Online Surveys and Feedback Various question formats available Create surveys for any purpose, ex.: Member, donor, volunteer feedback Program and event specific feedback Further event registration info gathering (tied directly into online registration process) Survey links inserted to emails will be tied directly to person’s record Responses immediately saved in database All data is reportable & exportable for analysis
