Definition of Hygiene The definition of hygiene is healthy habits that include:  Bathing.  Keeping the mouth clean.  keeping the skin protected from the sun.  And washing hands frequently before handling edibles to insure the safe delivery of food.  In Short keeping all parts of body safe and clean.

GOOD AND BAD HYGIENE The difference between good and bad hygiene is:  Good hygiene keep you protected from things, like germs and dangerous UV rays from the sun.  Bad hygiene allows these things to affect your body and probably make you sick.

Oral Hygiene:  Oral hygiene includes all the processes for keeping mouth clean and healthy.  Good oral hygiene is necessary for prevention of dental caries, bad breath and other dental problems.

Basic Steps:  Basic steps for maintaining oral hygiene.  Brushing your teeth at least twice a day.  Floss your teeth regularly.  Proper diet.  Other interdental cleaning.  Rinsing.  Regular dental checkup.

Brushing Tips:  Always use a soft bristled toothbrush Floss your teeth regularly  Use anti-cavity Fluoride toothpaste.  Brush teeth for a minimum of two minutes at least twice a day.  Don’t brush too hard because this can cause gingival (gum) recession.

Flossing:  Use an arms length of floss.  Wrap around fingers mostly to one side Floss each tooth forming a “C” shape with the floss each time.  Don’t forget to floss behind your last molar.  Flossing removes plaque from behind your teeth that brushing misses.

Steps & Benefits:  The successive steps include  Nail polishing.  Nail trimming.  Moisturizing.  It helps in taking care of the nails.

Shaving:  Shaving is just an effort of Human Being to improve his Personal appearance.  One should use good shaving kits like good Nail trimming.  Shaving cream.  After have lotion.  Other shaving related materials.

Facial: Facial are deep skin treatments that:  Cleanses.  Rehydrate.  Nourishes your skin.  It depends on your skin type and age.

Perfumes:  Perfumes is a fragrant liquid typically made from essential oils extracted from flowers and spices, used to give a pleasant smell to one's body.

Applying Fragrance:  Apply to your skin and pulse points only.  Allow it to dry naturally.  Avoid using near the face area.  Choose the perfumes wisely.

Conclusion:  We should keep our personal hygiene good because it enhance our looks and makes smart.  It is also good for our health.
