South Beach Diet Charleigh Barnes Gabby Wilson

How it Works: Phase One Phase one helps eliminate cravings for sugar and refined starches. The purpose of this phase is to stabilize blood sugar. The focus is eating plenty of nutrient-dense, fiber-rich foods that satisfy your appetite. The South Beach Diet encourages snacking. Lasts two weeks.

How it Works: Phase 2 and 3 Phase Two Phase two is the long-term weight loss phase of the plan. It is perfect for people who wants to improve their health. You will eat good carbs, snacks, and desserts. Long term phase. Phase Three Phase three begins when you reach your healthy weight. It is the key to maintaining a healthy weight for life. Life time phase.

Health Aspects Positive Fast weight loss Burn fat faster Very simple Low in saturated fats Encourages individual experimentation Negative With very little carbohydrates available for exercise or daily activities the body begins producing 'ketones'. These ketones are the leftovers from fats broken down in the body. This makes you start to store fat
