I agree to decline and report any offer of payment or other consideration of value. I agree to report and refrain from harassment of any person for any reason including, but not limiting to: age, national origin, race, color religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, ancestry and/or veteran status and understand the SLVRSF responsibly to investigate such claims. I agree to notify the SLVRSF immediately if I become aware of any circumstance that would compromise my ability to attend the event or evaluate projects.
