Agenda Share Updates on Website Refresh Process Address Questions (editing, accessibility, etc.) Open Work / Individual Check-in If attendees didn’t come to a meeting last month, the Communications team will check in with them during the open work time and bring them up to speed.
Timeline (tentative) January Site map is drafted (Comm Dept) Website is coded/set up February Draft pages produced (Comm Dept) March Staff trained to edit website Website goes live Draft Page Production: Ideally, the Communication Dept. will just copy what’s on your pages straight onto the new site Most changes will come from condensing pages/resources All staff will have a chance to review pages and make changes
