THE STEPS PROJECT SELECTION AND DEFINITION PLANNING THE PROJECT MONITORING DELIVERY AND FOLLOW-UP

CHOOSING PROJECT DETERMINE NEED LISTEN TO YOUR MEMBERS AND DISCUSS IDEAS AS A CLUB BE OPEN MINDED. DON’T BE AFRAID TO TRY SOMETHING NEW OR SOMETHING THAT FAILED IN THE PAST.

THOUGHTS REMEMBER: EVERYTHING TAKES LONGER THAN YOU THINK TO ORGANISE. ANYTHING IS EASIER TO TAKE APART THAN PUT TOGETHER. AVOID MORE BEING SAID THAN DONE.
