What does it mean to be meek? “Enduring injury with patience, and without resentment.” – Webster’s Dictionary

God blesses those who endure injury with patience and without resentment.

Romans 12:19 Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the LORD .

Matthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.

God blesses those who hunger and thirst to live in perfect unity with His word. We will be filled!

Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

What does it mean to be merciful? “Full of mercy” “Compassion or forbearance shown especially to an offender, or to one subject to ones power.” – Webster’s Dictionary

God blesses those who are full of compassion to anyone who’s done them wrong & to anyone who is over them. We will get mercy!

Colossians 3:12-14 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

We have to be willing to submit to God’s will for our lives. Nothing more Nothing less Nothing else

We have to submit to God’s word for our lives. It has to become your favorite food.

We have to forgive those who’ve done us wrong.
