Posterior Talo-Fibular Ligament Back part of fibula to calcaneous Injuries rare unless the ankle is dislocated
The Deltoid Medial malleolus into talus and calcaneous Very strong
Ligaments in the Upper Ankle Anterior Inferior Tibiofibular Ligament Known as “high ankle sprain ligament” Keeps tibia and fibula together Injuries to this are usually when foot is stuck and foot rotates inward
