COR1000.9 IX Upgrade Current position There are now 6 sites that have not been refreshed or migrated. Appointments are being progressed for these sites; however site access restrictions (weekends only) means that opportunities to complete a refresh or migration is limited. Circuit appointments continue to progress with circa 15 appointments to be completed for outstanding sites. Target is for these to be completed by the end of April 2013. Alternative circuit solution for sites where access is not achievable is progressing; however weekly calls with these sites is progressing to achieve access utilising the existing circuit products

COR1000.9 IX Upgrade Future Steps Conclude server refresh / migration appointments for remaining 6 sites. Continue to book site migration appointments for refreshed sites where both primary and secondary circuit installations have now been completed. Identify alternative circuit solution for sites where access is proven to be unachievable with the existing circuit products.

COR1000.1 – EFT Globalscape XFTM Co-Existence Phase 1 (Inter Data Centre File Transfers) Migration completed to schedule Phase 2a (Outbound IX File Transfers) Migration commenced 21/3 Delete problem identified by Shippers with ‘auto deletion processing’. Migration suspended until resolution tested Migration restarted on 28/3 Dual log files in operation Phase 2b (Inbound IX File Transfers) Delayed start due to Phase 2a overrun Phased Shipper by Shipper due to commence 5/4 On track for completion by 30/4 Generic notification to Users once roll out concluded
