Guidelines for virtual poster presentation The virtual poster must be one page. Additional pages will not be accepted The maximum width is 48 inches (130 cm), the maximum height is 36 inches (100 cm) The file size may not exceed 25MB All files must be saved and submitted as a PDF Your poster must be submitted with a short prerecorded power point (no more than 3 minutes) which will play on screens during the competition day

Guidelines for oral presenter Presentation slides format Power point, keynote or equivalent Selection of template and layout Up to presenter’s preference Duration of presentation 3 minutes (pre-recorded) Recommended presentation slides Not more than 7 Medium of language English Notes: Oral Presentations should be provided as a digital in Microsoft Power Point presentation (*.PPT) / Keynote Format/ equivalent format

Submissions Abstract: Please email your abstract to beurc.secretariat@um.edu.my before 1st March 2019 Final Presentation: Presenters are requested to submit their presentations slides and poster through email by 1st April 2019 The presentation will be graded on the clarity of communication, research quality, significance of the study, the relationship between the methodology adopted and findings gathered, research contributions as well as overall knowledge and understanding of the study posed by the presenter In appreciation and recognition of the efforts of those who participate in the competition, a certificate of participation will be issued accordingly
