Communication & Group Climate Group Climate: The emotional atmosphere or tone that is created by how we communicate in groups.

Positive vs. Negative Climate Positive climate – perception of being valued, supported, and treated with respect. Negative climate – perception of not feeling valued, supported, respected, or trusted.
