Portfolio Highlights CRM (up 3.5%) Strengthened global strategic alliance with Amazon The Salesforce platform will be integrated across 5 Amazon platforms (AppStream, Redshift, Alexa, AWS, VPC) Salesforce will now use Amazon’s AWS (IoT service) in all of its cloud operations Shares went down 3% MSFT (up 1.6%) Introduced new chatbot Zo to social media Kik (new-gen AI that can communicate via writing and speech) Investors believe chatbots will be incorporated into a tangible MSFT product very soon MSFT, GOOG, FB leadership see a huge future for chatbot technologies ALK (down 2%) CIO left the firm this morning Has joined Emaar Properties as Chief Digital Officer Using AI, machine learning, IoT, and analytics among other things to develop commercial buildings and housing DPZ (down 1%) Tried it’s first pizza delivery by reindeer in Japan (perhaps Christmas promotional stunt) Failed miserably

Econ / Market Summary Black Friday/Cyber Monday Review Black Friday retailers were left rather disappointed this year, as there was no significant change in shopping ($12.8B in sales) Cyber Monday however, took off. Even mobile transactions jumped 33% from last year. In total, more Americans shopped online (109MM) than in stores (99MM). Two Prime Ministers resigned yesterday (Italy’s Renzi and New Zealand). GDP blew decently past expectations last year. Annualized growth of 3.2%, 2.9% estimate.
