Jethro tull Jethro Tull was an English agricultural pioneer from Berkshire who helped bring about the British Agricultural Revolution. Jethro perfected a horse-drawn seed drill in 1700 that economically sowed the seeds in perfect rows. 

How the seed drill impacted society The seed drill really helped society because of them having to take along time planting seeds Jethro came up with the brilliant idea of making a machine that could be pull by horses. The seeds would be planted in perfect rows. People would be able to make a lot more money because it doesn't take along time to plant seeds. The plus side of this invention is that the seeds would be planted deep into the dirt so it would be hard for birds to get a hold of it
