Goto “\\192.168.10.136\utilities\Virus_Sfw\Patches” Can you see those number with red under line? Those are version number, how to check which version number are you using?

At the right bottom of the screen, there should have a small icon like the icon in the red cycle. Double click the icon, which can launch GUI interface of the norton.

Click “help and support”, it will pop up a menu, select “About ...”

From there, can you see a text line with a red box, yes, it is version. Do you see a small under line, thats the number is what you are looking for. Take down this number with red under line (here is 562).

Looking the file with number “562”, whick I already use green box frame it Double click to run it, or copy yo local hard disk first, then run it.
