Enrich Approach

Dementia Advisor The app delivers key elements of the working carers program using “gaming” format in an interactive, text-format scenario based learning environment. A behaviour tracker : keep track on behavioural symptoms ; identify patterns ; follow up on progression over time. Behaviour Care Plan – guide caregiver to create a personalized plan to address specific behavioural symptoms browsing through a list of potential, literature based triggers and clinically proven strategies. Medication list –keep track on medications; alerts to medications that might be unfit for persons with dementia. Scheduler – to keep track on schedule and tasks. My Team – allows caregivers to invite other members of the circle of care such as: personal support worker, clinicians, other family members, etc. Caregiver corner – to provide self-care tips, mindfulness exercise and link to services.
