Modification 0279 - Improving the availability of meter read history and asset information xoserve observations: UNC User Pays proposal successfully implemented Discussion with xoserve prior to raising proposal speeded up proposal development xoserve provided input to draft proposal, some suggestions accepted, some not, proposers prerogative Although xoserve put forward suggestion to enable a more flexible service arrangements for the community (our customers), these were not pursued by the proposer or the Distribution Workstream. Therefore, commercial matters are not always in xoserve’s control. Given this learning point what are the solution options?
