ClearBridge Bio: Chelsea Mason Principal ClearBridge Compensation Group Chelsea Mason is a Principal at ClearBridge Compensation Group. Ms. Mason has seven years of experience in executive compensation strategy and design.  Ms. Mason advises clients across numerous industries and ownership structures. She has extensive experience in all areas of executive compensation including designing incentive plans in support of business priorities and the creation of long-term, shareholder value and evaluating pay-for-performance relationships. Ms. Mason also has significant experience with compensation design in transaction situations (e.g., M&A, IPO), working with companies to develop compensation programs that are aligned with company strategy through and following the transaction. In addition, she provides ongoing advice on evolving market trends in executive compensation in light of regulatory reforms and shareholder influence. Ms. Mason has authored numerous articles on executive and board of director compensation and incentive design and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including the Equilar Executive Compensation Summit and the Global Equity Organization (GEO) Annual Conference. Ms. Mason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Cornell University.
