BUILD A BUDGET! GAIN MORE THAN YOU LOSE. Freedom Financial Advantage, LLC Gilbert L. Peacock (704) 905-9867 www.freedomfinancialadvantage.net

It is written: “But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it”? Luke 14:28 In His kindness God called you to in eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, He will restore, support, and strengthen you, and He will place you on a firm foundation.” 1 Peter 5:10

Motivational Statements: Spend for what you need, save for what you want. Less is more when it comes to overspending. You are less stressed when you have money leftover at the end of month. There is a freeness in your spirit when you don’t owe everybody. It is nice when you always have lunch money. “It is better to be the lender than the borrower.”

What is the point? Bring – (guide, lead or shift) Under – (down, below or beneath) Dominion – (authority, mastery or control) Greed – (materialism, self-indulgence or yearning) Emotions – (feelings, reactions and response) Temptations – (desire, urge or impulse)

S. I. N. Analysis: Spending, Investing & Needs Which do you use most for daily spending habits, debit card, checking or credit card? Whichever track and analysis your purchasing habits. Calculate the percentage based the money model. (see Money Model)
