Requirements (1/3) Use cases: User shall be able to control any phone for making and receiving audio calls. E.g. this allows the user to manage PSTN calls while at home, in a meeting room and on the move with their mobile. Either all devices (main and secondary) will ring, or the main device only Selection of current phone for making calls remains active until User decides to change the configuration. This current phone shall not be changed if app disconnects or in case of network outage. This “AnyDevice” mode is available for users: Associated with a PBX system and having a nomadic resource (VT “any device” for OXO Connect users, Remote Extension for OmniPCX Enterprise users) Having a Rainbow Business or Enterprise service plan. Profile TELEPHONY_NOMADIC must be checked.

User Interface (1) Icon displays the device used for making calls. A click on this icon will display a menu for: Changing the device used for making calls Accessing a settings page (to forward calls, to define ringing devices) If a call forward is set, icon will display the forwarding state. User WITH nomadic rights User WITHOUT nomadic rights Call forwarding state will be displayed. A click on the icon will open a settings page.

User Interface (11) – User with nomadic rights Current phone for making calls is the personal phone Tooltip: Make phone calls with your home phone Call are performed from the hone phone. Home phone and office phone are ringing.

User Interface (16) – User with nomadic rights What shall be displayed when current phone for making calls is the office phone and there is no secondary device (no work mobile or personal mobile) Ring your office phone and your secondary device () Ring your office phone only Options are disabled as user cannot change the configuration (there is no secondary device)

User Interface (17) – User with nomadic rights What shall be displayed when current phone for making calls is the secondary device (e.g. mobile phone) Ring your office phone and your secondary device (mobile phone) Ring your office phone only Display the secondary device Both options are disabled (no sense to allow selecting you office phone only if a secondary device is used for making/receiving calls)

User Interface (18) – User without nomadic rights (Call forwarding only) What shall be displayed when user has no nomadic rights If calls are not forwarded, otherwise display the current state (forward to VM, to a phone number)

User Interface (19) – Call forwarding Your calls are forwarded. You cancel now the call forwarding: you shall display the current device used for making calls

User Interface (20) – Call forwarding Icon and tooltip to be displayed in control panel according to the configuration: Phone calls are forwarded to your voicemail Calls are forwarded to one of the devices defined S4B settings: Phone calls are forwarded to your xxx xxx = mobile phone or home phone Calls are forwarded to another phone: Phone calls are forwarded to another phone (xxx) xxx = phone number Calls are not forwarded Make and receive phone calls with your office phone

User Interface (21) – Incoming call Answer call button is enabled on incoming call Answer call button is disabled on incoming call

User Interface (22) – Call in progress While in communication, user cannot change the configuration (i.e. change the device for making calls or forward calls); menu shall not be displayed

User Interface (1/2) There is no office phone in the menu. Select by default, in this order, the following device (if defined by the user): Mobile phone Home phone If user didn’t define one of the above devices, let the user select the other phone entry and define a number for making calls
