Temporary Disconnection (TEMPDISC)

Introduction Overview Prerequisite A custom Case(TEMPDISC) has been created in CCB to temporary disconnect the status of Consumers. After completion of the case Consumer will be temporary disconnected in the system without effect the billing and collection process. This case will be initiated by Executive Engineer, Sub-divisional officer and Junior Engineer of the concerning Reports available cm_0200 and cm_0201 Prerequisite Account should not have any active Temporary disconnection case. Service point status should be in service or active.

Introduction Below cases would not be initiated in case of temp disconnected consumer S.No Case Type_cd case type 1  TRASFER_CONN   Transfer of Connection 2  UPDT_PREMCHR   Update Premise and SP Chars 3  CM_UILE        Utility Initiated Load Enhancement 4  LOAD-CORRECT   Load Correction( Case for Payment done in the Old System) 5  LOAD-ENHNCMT   Load Enhancement 6  MTR_CNFG_COR   Meter Configuration Correction 7  MTR_DATA_COR    Meter Data Correction

Temp Disconnection initiation Step1 : Search the account from the control center and click “+ go to case”. Step2: Search for the temporary disconnection case or provide the TEMPDISC in case type field. Step3: Save the case.

Creating Disconnection charge Step4: Click Create Temp-Disconnection Charges Button .

Creating Disconnection charge Step5: Generate the off cycle bill for the disconnection charges adjustment.

Initiating Field Activity Step6: Go Back to case and click Initiate FA button to generate Temp- Disconnection Field Activity.

Field Activity Step7: Go to Pending Field Activity.

Field Activity Step8. Click + Go to FA upload Staging

Field Activity On FA upload Staging go to steps tab and select disconnected location as (Disconnected from meter) and click Complete button to complete the FA

Field Activity Accept the warning message by clicking the OK button.

Field Activity Completion Step 9. Go back to pending case of Temp-Disconnection and click the Field Activity completed button.

Field Activity Completion Step 10. Provide the necessary characteristic value as shown and press OK button. Accept the warning message on Clicking OK button

Field Activity Completion Step 11. Case closed.
