2.Delivery of the training 2.1.3 Content The training shall be proceeded in line with market demands, especially the industrial development in Quzhou Municipality, Zhejiang Province and further the developed areas in eastern coastal areas. The subjects may extend from agro- tech to automobile repair, garment design, domestic ervice and chemical industry, etc. Practice
2.Delivery of the training 2.1.4 Modality and fundraising (1)2 + 1 The trainees studies for 2 years locally before shifting to Quzhou Occupational School for 1 year training and getting employed. The modality focuses on self-financed study. (2)1+1+1 The government organized training courses for 3 to 6 months. Such modality of training is mainly financed by the government, the training station reduces the changes while the trainees pay for their own living and certification fee.
2.Delivery of the training 2.1.4 Modality and fundraising (3)Order placement The enterprises place orders to the training stations for specific subjects and requirements according to the development of their business, cover all the cost for the training delivered in accordance and absorbed all the graduates.

Such modality is good for trainees out of poor families as they can pay the training fee by laboring in the enterprises.

3.Effects and determinants Over the past two years, Quzhou Municipality organized 19 inter-regional training workshops to train 1750 farmers. Seven workshops took place with the joint efforts from Sichuan, Gansu, Yunnan, Jiangxi and other provinces to train 547 students with a total of them transferred to non-farm employment; Twelve workshops took place with the joint efforts from poor areas in Zhejiang Province to train 1203 students with more than 1100 transferred to non-farm employment.
3.Effects and determinants 3.2.1 The training mode developed by Quzhou Has become a brand. 3.2.2 Quzhou is advantaged in its geographic conditions. 3.2.3 local governments in poor areas support the training.
