About IBTS Onhand The IBTS Online Help and Advice for Natural Disasters (IBTSOnHAND.org) website is a web-based, interactive resource that provides practical, actionable natural disaster planning, response, and recovery information for stakeholders at the local, state, and federal level. Content is provided by IBTS and other natural disaster subject matter experts based on their real-world experiences before, during, and after natural disasters. IBTS OnHAND is provided by IBTS as part of its community service mission.
