Notes Fields …and different Notes fields can be added, removed, moved around, and organized into Sets. Notes can be of these types: - Text - SelectList - Number - Date

Publishing a Spec Axure provides the ability to publish specs in various format including Word .docx and we can use this to generate our docs. It comes with a few different configurations built-in, and you can customize your own.

Publishing a Spec There are numerous options to customize your document: Which pages/components to show or hide Change header text How to display screenshots Which page- or component-level notes to display, what order to display them, etc.

Publishing a Spec You can also edit a Word template directly (mostly useful for the title page, TOC, and styles). All the generated stuff just gets dumped in one place, so there are some limits to customization (but it’s a Word doc, so you can always move stuff around afterward).
