1 4 Year 9 Food Technology 2 4 5 3 Chicken Chow Mein 2 tbsp sunflower oil 2 raw chicken breasts 1 clove garlic 1 small carrot 1 medium red pepper 1 onion 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp cornflour 1 chicken stock cube 125ml water 100g dried egg noodles/1 packet ‘Straight to Wok’ noodles   4 Eastern Curry With Fruits 2 Chicken breasts 6 spring onions or 1 small onion 1 tablespoon oil 1 banana 1 mango peeled and chopped 8 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 teaspoons curry powder (school will provide) 3 tablespoons mango chutney (school will provide) 1 avocado (optional) Alternative recipe Thai Green or Red Curry 1 tbsp oil 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 rounded tbsp thai green curry paste or 3 teaspoons curry powder 100g green beans 400ml can coconut milk 1 tsp caster sugar 2 chicken breasts or thighs (chopped into 2cm pieces) 3 wide strips lime zest, plus extra to garnish.
