Artist Research and influence

Artist Influence What is the meaning of the word influence? Find the definition and write out in your own words How do artist’s use influence in their personal exploration of their ideas?

Outcomes Produce research material and (2-4) Develop basic information on the artist with some supporting images (5-6) Demonstrate an understanding of the artist through clear information and a full range of supporting images (7-9) Create and Expand research material showing clear knowledge of the artist, a full range of supporting images with annotated notes.

Group 1 Below are 2 artist’s that you are to research. Find the following information on each artist: Write out brief biography on each the artist, this is to be in your own words, not cut and paste Find 4 images from the artist work. With 2 images describe the images as you see them Find 1 image and set at A4 in scale, this will be used for image transfer later. Artist’s: Lichtenstein(Pop Art), Kaws(Contemporary Pop Art) Find 6 images that you can develop into the style of your artist, these are resources and need to be A5 min size.
