By Montenegrin law on Higher education, distance/e-learning cans be considered only as a support to standard educational process in the classrooms.   We don’t have it. -Decreasing the house rent costs and the other costes related to living in the place where the studies are held -Possibility to choose a study programme and study out of the place of his residing without the necessity to change it -Choosing the school beyond the border of his country -Possibility to work during study time, independently from the place where studies are hels -Superating the impossibility to attend the tradicional teaching process becase of one of its permanent or current psychical problems, damages or illness, helps self-organizing of the learning time (high motivation, time planning, capacity for analysis and synthsis of the learning content etc.) Project web site: www.ph-elim.net

All are at the age 50-60 years. Accreditations were made by Chamber oh doctors Montenegro. Prof. Damjan Seckovic, PhD and prof. Srdja Bozovic, PhD are teaching at the subjects of Economy and Public Sector. Their task will be to form a specific field for economics and finance in public health within the mentioned subject. Prof. Slobodanka Krivokapic, PhD has many years of experience working in the field of public health. Prof Jelena Žugić, PhD will -educate the future managers able to identify, evaluate and implement strategies and processes designed to yield effective, efficient and high-quality customer-oriented healthcare.
