Foldable Fun! @SuzanneFalconer sfalconerblog.wordpress.com The foldable templates can be adapted to suit any topic in any subject. I have been using them as both note taking templates or build as you learn revision booklets. Both of these methods have been a hit with my students and have seen enthusiasm and creativity flourish in usually very dry topics. The concertina foldable works as a great revision booklet which folds down to fit in blazer pockets. Students build it as they study the topic and you can use the foldable as a plenary for lessons. Students are given topic headings and questions to test their knowledge and you then check their answers. Another method I have worked on is using the booklets to make notes on topics such as bonding. They have allowed students to link the properties with diagrams and uses easily.
