EPISTOLEUS DUTIES The Epistoleus shall receive and share the correspondence of the Chapter and shall answer all correspondence as directed by the Basileus. She shall refer the necessary correspondence to the appropriate officers or committees of the chapter. She shall notify the members of all meetings at the request of the Basileus. She shall prepare the ballot slips for the election of officers during an election year. She shall revise, compile, and circulate the Chapter Directory, not later than November 1st of each Sororal year, or bi-annually. She shall perform such other duties, as the chapter shall authorize. Speak to Reg’l Responsibilitie as directed by the R.D. 2. Messages sent to Basilei with expectation that Chapter Members will be notified. 3. Discuss the process for compiling the Reg’l Directory and how Circular 1s and 2s, moving forward will facilitate the process.

Be sure your virus, adware and spyware programs are up to date and include scanning of your emails and attachments both incoming and outgoing. Always include a brief subject.
