Emerging 3.5 The institution integrates digital resources into teaching, learning and operations to improve professional practice, student performance, and organizational effectiveness. 3.6 The institution provides access to information resources and materials to support the curriculum, programs, and needs of students, staff and the institution. 3.7 The instruction demonstrates strategic resource management that includes long-range planning and use of resources in support of the institution’s purpose. 3.8 The institution allocates human, material, and fiscal resources in alignment with the institution’s identified needs and priorities to improve student performance and organizational effectiveness.

The visiting Accreditation Review Team identified practices that were most powerful for impacting student learning: Powerful Practice #1 The faculty and staff have created a supportive atmosphere and culture based on strong Catholic beliefs and values that is well managed and provides a positive learning environment for all students Powerful Practice #2 The faculty effectively communicates student progress and assessment data to all stakeholders through a multitude of digital and personal means.

The Accreditation Review Team also identified areas that were in greatest need of improvement: Opportunity for Improvement #1 Revisit and revise the school’s mission and vision statement being careful to include a focus on teaching and learning as well as analysis of data. Opportunity for Improvement #2 Identify and implement strategies within the school’s professional development plan related to improving the learning environment and student achievement by promoting collaboration and innovation throughout all classrooms. Strategies should include learner’s effective use of digital tools/ technology to conduct research, collaborate, problem solve and create original works.
