Overview Thorough knowledge of these SOP’s by HERO personnel is essential for team work, morale and the maintenance of uniform responses resulting in the highest level of service to the traveling public. 4/7/2019

Introduction SOP’s are developed to provide a singular standard written source of departmental Standard Operating Procedures which promote the effective and efficient operation of the HERO Unit. These SOP’s will be utilized by the HERO Unit personnel as the official reference AND guide for the daily operation of the Unit. 4/7/2019
