What you can expect? Follow up survey within 24-48 hours of triage Injury occurs. Employee advises supervisor. Supervisor reports injury per your internal process Employee and Supervisor call the dedicated nurse line 1-855-291-0540. Employee speaks confidentially with Nurse. Nurse reviews symptoms & recommends appropriate care. If provider care recommended, Nurse schedules appointment and faxes the nurse report. Nurse Report transmitted to Examiner, employee, and designated client contacts.
