What the Heck is EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)? BEST IDEA CONTEST NSMotif Bright Idea: What the Heck is EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)? Peer to peer group

What the Heck is EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)? We have begun the process of implementing EOS in our company. This has helped us get all our team members on the same “train” headed in the same direction. It has helped us narrow down and create our true: Core Values Core Focus 10 – Year Target 3 – Year Target 1 – Year Plan Rocks (priorities) Issues It has helped us hold better meetings, keeping us on track by using a Trello Board, setting goals and ticking them off as we complete them as a group and individually. It has also created opportunity to make sure every employee is sitting in the right “seat”, gave them measurable goals that will aid in getting us to those Targets and Plans. It has brought each one of our management team closer and brought to surface issues that we are now able to prioritize and work on individually and as a team. Peer to peer group

We are just in the beginning phases of implementing EOS, but it definitely has shown to help us manage our time better, keep everyone accountable, help everyone to communicate better and get things done. Each member of the organization was given a book called What the Heck is EOS. Reading assignments were assigned weekly, Monday morning meetings established and started on time (no matter what!), quizzes on the reading and discussions about each topic and how we are implementing it. Core Values posted throughout our company to remind people who we really are. As we work thru the book, we fill out our VTO (Vision Tracking Organizer) which changes as each meeting brings to light new goals, issues and ideas. Peer to peer group
