Web Manager Features General User Access levels to the web manager DOS (Deny of Service) attack prevention Call authorization (PSTN) by IP address, username and pass (auth md5) Proxies and Gateways Interconnections via multiple SIP ports (5060,5061,5065,5900,etc..) View users Logs and History Service Backup restore via web manager (last configuration applied) Configuration Templates PBX features via web configuration (IVR, Voicemail, etc…) Groups for call restrictions (on net, 1800,0900 etc..) Configuration Changes via web (commit tool) Show Active Calls tool available on the web Web-monitor for support (available upon level access)

Web Manager Features General General Highlights One interface for all services on global application servers (further proxies and media proxies could be installed in other countries and be managed via same web interface); All the services configuration taking effect on the application can be done via web interface, with no need of direct configuration and services restart; All logs are recorded and can be retrieved at logs menu option; New interconnections (trusted IP) can be added at any time via commit tool (proxy and media proxy); Voicemail preferences can be changed on the web Last configurations and backups can be restored via same commit tool; All changes on application servers are applied via DB, which provides easy replication with all Primus servers in production (master level admin only);

Web Manager Features Routing Module Routing Module on Data Base TCP / UDP and Forward Protocols Default and Multiple Proxies Routing Schemes Routing per prefix (Regexp) Routing per user Prefixes add Digit strip Number Translations Multiple Failure Routes (improved) Time of the day routing - based on time profile - (in progress) Load balancing routing - lowest and highest priority % - (in progress)

Web Manager Features Routing Module Routing Highlights Customer DB is integrated with Routing Module which allows easy and flexible routing per user; White-labels can have different Routing schemes based on their usernames prefixes (e.g: MSxxx, ISxxxx, GSxxx or DIDs ranges) There is no need of prefix or special dial-plans configured on CPEs; Users also can share a standard base routes for each country as well as a default routing scheme for all; Unlimited failures routes with independent prefixes for each route; No impact on PDD – DB running locally; No limitation on failures codes (Failure codes configured via web interface);

Web Manager Features Interconnections Interconnections and DIDs Easy interface to add new interconnections and receive national and international DIDs; DIDs can be sent directly to the main cluster (proxies) or even to the media proxy with PBX features (IVR,ACD and Centrex features); Any numbering format and prefixes supported; Codecs supported on media proxy: G729,G711u,G711a,GSM,ILBC,G723 IAX protocol can also be used;
