Strengthening control system for Avian Influenza in Asia (April 2008 –March 2012) project in pipeline Improvement/capacity building of Veterinary Services Comprehensive surveillance to investigate the transmission route of HPAI viruses such as on: wild bird migratory routes; trade of wild birds; infected poultry/unprocessed poultry products; recycling of poultry feces with infectivity as manure or feed; use of carriers with poor hygienic standards Regular meeting for improvement of early reporting system for HPAI outbreaks and information sharing on the national control strategies
