Strategy Governing principles: Avoid in-house capacity if external is available Minimize residential courses – maximize Advanced Distance Learning. Maximize utilization of the civilian educational system. Integrate civilian accreditation standards. Shorten “basic” courses and offer supplementary courses later during service/part time studies. The basic module must be taken before the advance module within the respective area. The student has to select an advanced module. The program is a part-time study.
