A client-centric approach Ensure clients and their needs are considered throughout the commissioning cycle An outcomes-based focus Put the focus on the outcomes to be achieved, and be flexible about who delivers the services and how they deliver them Value for money Ensure quality services meet the needs of our clients in the most efficient and sustainable way Evidence-based practice Take the lessons learnt from the cycle – from programs, pilots and literature – and incorporate them into our practices Integration Coordinate and integrate activities across FACS with service partners to support delivery that improves the outcomes for clients
