Coalition Response Team Training for the Central and West Central Minnesota Healthcare Preparedness Coalitions The Central and West Central Coalitions have teamed with All Clear Emergency Management group to offer healthcare specific incident command system training. The training will be held on March 13-15, 2018 at Camp Ripley. Training Objectives: Develop coalition members to support regional staff or a coalition member/facility during a response. Expand on the HICS position-specific training previously provided by the Central and West Central coalitions.
