Forms A database object that is used to create a user-friendly format for data entry and retrieval May include drop-down menus, instructions, navigational controls, and graphics Note for bullet 1 As people enter data into a form, it is saved in an underlying table. Note for bullet 2 Forms can also provide a start-up screen, with easy ways to launch database tasks.
