The Current State of Poor Health and Wellbeing Is Unsustainable of employees sit more than 7.5 hours per day at their jobs $153 billion is lost annually in time away from work due to the unwell workforce 86% Poor Health and Wellbeing significantly impacts the business in terms of reduced morale and engagement, lower performance, increased absenteeism and presenteeism, and higher overall cost 90% of Americans consume more empty calories than recommended, and 38% and 20% don’t eat fruit and vegetables at least once per day, respectively Stress may push us to eat more and feel less motivated to be physically active
